SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking a high-energy General Manager for our Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in Birmingham, MI. You will lead daily operations, develop talent, and drive strong financial results while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Eligible candidate will have 2+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends). Medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match are offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 15 - 25 employees.
• Conduct ongoing training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage budgets, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
