Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong supervision experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate computer software.
• Ability to train and coach management and crew, and manage busy cafe environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to General Managers for up to 30–40 cafes.
• Assist with training programs and cover GM vacations or transitions.
• Support cafe operations and ensure brand standards are upheld.
• Assist with hiring and staffing in under-staffed locations.
• Train crew members and coach on service and product standards.
• Utilize MyInventory to manage labor and inventory control.
