DYNE Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for a Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on leading and developing the team while delivering outstanding hospitality and driving sales with careful cost management.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage daily café operations, and ensure brand standards and safety procedures are followed. Flexibility with hours and shifts is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma.
• Two or more years of restaurant experience, including progressive supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn to use other computer software programs.

Aufgaben

• Proven track record of developing people that were promoted under your leadership.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train new Crew Members to ensure the café remains staffed at the appropriate level.
• Drive the shift with daily goals and clear direction.
• Maintain employee schedule and be ready to fill in when needed.
• Trains and coaches Crew Members/Crew Leaders to uphold brand standards.
• Manage daily café operations including product prep, service, and cleaning.
• Ensure safe sanitation practices in handling and preparing food.
• Conduct weekly inventory reviews and reconcile invoices.
