Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cafe staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales while controlling food and labor costs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train crew members and shift leaders.
• Ensure brand standards, sanitation, and safety across all shifts.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cash handling and payroll processes.
• Manage daily operations and adjust staffing to café needs.
