SERVE Hospitality Group seeks a seasoned General Manager for Tropical Smoothie Cafe. You will lead daily cafe operations, develop talent, and drive strong financial results while upholding exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and a flexible schedule. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a support-driven organization.

Competenze

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred).
• Experience managing fast-casual or multi-unit restaurant teams (preferred).
