Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and partner with the General Manager to uphold operational excellence in our California store.

You will help onboard new hires, provide hands-on coaching, and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment that puts guests first.

This role requires reliable leadership, strong communication, and a passion for coffee and people, with daily responsibilities spanning service, training, and store administration.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of daily store operations and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example and provide feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-driven with initiative.
• Completed required training modules and understands brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team.
• Handle administrative duties including inventory ordering, deposits, and invoicing.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and act as on-shift decision-maker.
