Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager who is proactive, guest-focused, and ready to partner with the General Manager to uphold operational excellence. You will help lead day-to-day operations, support staff development, and foster a positive, growth-oriented store culture while balancing accountability and teamwork.

You will mentor new hires, maintain drink quality, ensure safety standards, and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment that prioritizes guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate consistently and clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and entering invoices.
• Assist in upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
