Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee setting or fast-paced cafe.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality, and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example, give/receive feedback, and cover roles as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and initiative with minimal supervision.
• Completion of required training and alignment with brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including inventory ordering, deposits, and invoicing.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as on-shift decision-maker.
