Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon seeks an experienced Front-of-House Food & Beverage Manager to oversee efficient and profitable operations across outlets, ensuring service quality and value aligned with casino objectives.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, monitor guest satisfaction, and partner with culinary and marketing teams to optimize pricing, promotions and guest experiences. A strong emphasis on training and compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years restaurant service, 2 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Beverage Management or related field with 3 years service and 1 year supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate, evaluate and supervise front-of-house staff to meet objectives.
• Maintain staff morale through training and guest service standards.
• Set department standards and manage budget and staffing for efficient operation.
• Monitor performance, guest satisfaction, traffic, costs and promotions to adjust strategy.
• Analyze food cost with F&B Director and help adjust menu prices and specials.
• Monitor service quality and coordinate with team to improve guest experience and financial return.
• Order and manage inventory for restaurant supplies.
• Inspect front-of-house areas for compliance, security and safety.
• Resolve guest complaints to maintain positive relations.
• Collaborate with culinary, marketing and events to handle peak volumes.
• Assist operations across all Food & Beverage outlets.
