Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Beverage to oversee front-of-house food service operations and help plan all Food & Beverage activities. The role requires supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring guest satisfaction with pricing aligned to Hard Rock standards.

Under the Beverage Manager, you will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with culinary, marketing, and events teams to prepare for larger guest volumes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 years’ restaurant service experience, 2 in supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant/Beverage Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 3 years’ restaurant service and 1 year in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate, evaluate and supervise front-of-house staff to meet objectives.
• Provide training to all outlet personnel to ensure guest service standards.
• Maintain budgets and staffing to ensure efficient operation of outlets.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, volume, cost, promotions, and competitors to improve performance.
• Analyze food cost and forecast trends with the Director - F&B to adjust pricing and specials.
• Order, inventory control, and compliance inspections of front-of-house areas.
