Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon is seeking an Assistant Manager who will serve as the senior business leader in the Café, supporting the General Manager to uphold brand standards and the Owners’ objectives.

With 8+ years in hospitality and a Business degree, you will manage budgets, lead a cross‑functional team, coach junior managers, and drive guest satisfaction and sales growth in line with Hard Rock’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hospitality experience including restaurant front-line operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills verifiable by peers and supervisors.
• Ability to diagnose problems and develop solutions; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and financial acumen to achieve café KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute marketing plans and grow entrée counts.
• Mentor junior management and align operations with brand standards.
• Support GM in building a high-performing team of management and hourly staff.
• Foster a guest-first culture and respond to feedback to improve service.
