You’ll host local events, advocate for Capital One’s products through meaningful conversations, and support customers with technical challenges. A strong service mindset, adaptability, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience.
• 2+ years of banking experience.
• Proficient in G‑Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector: Engage with guests in a high-energy environment that blends a community space with a coffee shop.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share Capital One’s products and services through conversation rather than transactions.
• Guide customers through the digital ecosystem and mobile tools, troubleshooting tech issues.
• Host and support local events that promote financial health within Capital One’s programs.
• Advocate for customers and resolve issues in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where guests feel welcome.
• Move throughout the Café and stay engaged with the community to support guest experience.
