Position Overview

We are seeking a CADD Support Consultant to assist engineering staff with software troubleshooting, workspace maintenance, process documentation, and training. This role combines hands‑on technical support with CADD workflow optimization and automation.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day user support and software troubleshooting via ServiceNow.
• Maintain engineering software standards, best practices, and workflow documentation.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions on CADD software and workspaces.
• Test, implement, and evaluate new CADD tools and software releases.

Highlighted Core Skills & Requirements

• CADD Software Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with
  Bentley OpenRoads Designer,
  OpenBridge Modeler,
  MicroStation (V8i/SS2),
  InRoads, and
  CAiCE.
• Automation & Scripting: Strong knowledge of
  Python (strongly preferred) or
  Visual Basic (VBA).
• Support & Deployment: 2+ years of experience in CADD testing, workspace configuration, and end‑user support.
• Process Documentation: 2+ years of experience documenting business processes, standard operating procedures, and training guides.
• Domain Expertise: Transportation engineering background or public sector infrastructure experience is a major plus.
