Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide ID Card services and DEERS updates for DoD beneficiaries.
• Perform as Verifying Official on DEERS/RAPIDS terminals.
• Issue DoD Identification Cards and answer beneficiary inquiries.
• Maintain RAPIDS equipment and adhere to security controls.
