Job summary

Magellan Federal is seeking an ID Card Specialist (PA II) for the Navy ICA program at Coronado, CA. You will provide professional military personnel support services, delivering ID Card services to active duty, retirees and eligible dependents, and serving as Verifying Official on DEERS/RAPIDS terminals.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1+ year in a Customer Service environment, and HR background in Military Pay or Personnel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service environment.
• HR background in Military Pay or Military Personnel preferred.
• DMDC certification is required; candidate must be able to verify eligibility and issue IDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ID Card services to active duty, retirees, dependents, and eligible contractors at Navy ICA sites.
• Serve as Verifying Official on DEERS/RAPIDS terminals and ensure data accuracy.
• Issue and control DoD identification and privilege cards following DoD regulations and AFI 36-3026.
