Qualifications

• HR background in Military Pay, Military Personnel, Travel Claims or Navy Transportation.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• US citizenship and favorable NACLC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ID Card/CAC customer service at DEERS/RAPIDS sites.
• Verify beneficiary identity and eligibility; issue DoD IDs.
• Operate RAPIDS terminals and ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain RAPIDS equipment and handle PIN resets.
• Assist with DEERS enrollment and updates for eligible beneficiaries.
