Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service environment.
• HR background in Military Pay, Military Personnel, Travel Claims or Navy Transportation.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• U.S. citizenship and favorably adjudicated Tier 3 (NACLC) security investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ID Card/Common Access Card (CAC) customer service at Navy DEERS/RAPIDS sites.
• Verify identity and eligibility of DoD beneficiaries and issue DoD Identification Cards.
• Operate RAPIDS workstations and perform DEERS updates, PIN resets, and PKI certificate updates.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of data per DoD regulations and AFI 36-3026.
