Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a UV Print Machine Operator in Faribault, MN. You will set up and operate UV printing equipment to produce high-quality components while supporting production goals.

The role requires 2+ years manufacturing experience and UV printing familiarity; you will monitor print quality, perform routine maintenance, record job data in Epicor, and follow SOPs to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 months of UV printing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify print quality issues.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance skills preferred.
• Knowledge of color management, printing processes, or graphic arts is a plus.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection.

Responsibilities
