Job summary

OneSource Distributors is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the Inside Sales team and optimize processes that drive customer satisfaction and margins. The role focuses on using Eclipse tools, coordinating pricing, and collaborating with PLMs and credit teams to ensure timely payments and accurate data.

You will oversee daily operations, manage queues, and step in as an Account Representative when needed, with in-person work at our Fresno facility three days per week and two days at the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or University.
• 3-5 years of electrical distribution experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review Branch Operations Cockpit in Eclipse, including inventory adjustments, hold file, negative on-hand items, pricing overrides and alerts.
• Manage daily job queues and back-up an Account Representative as needed.
• Coordinate with Pricing, PLMs, and Credit teams to optimize margins and collections.
• Lead Inside Sales team and establish team goals; monitor performance and accountability.
• Ensure accurate fraud prevention reviews and uphold safety training monthly.
