Job summary

OneSource Distributors in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the Inside Sales team, drive goals, and manage current customer relationships and orders. The role supports development of staff, uses DSP dashboards for performance reviews, and handles A/R disputes and transactional sales processes.

The position is full-time, exempt, based in San Diego with standard 8:00am–5:00pm hours. Salary ranges from $82,200 to $104,800 per year, with strong benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
• 3–5 years' related experience and/or training
• Electrical experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage the Inside Sales team and establish goals
• Maintain customer relationships and order management for current customers
• Support and develop Inside Sales reps through training and reviews
• Conduct regular order reviews and drive results via DSP dashboards
• Handle A/R dispute resolution and transactional sales management
• Oversee daily activities, vacations, timecards and workload balancing
• Foster teamwork and professional development opportunities
• Perform cadence reviews for each representative
• Take on other duties and projects as assigned
