Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales leader in San Diego, CA. You will manage the Inside Sales team, set goals, and ensure exceptional order processing for our contractor customers.

This role emphasizes customer relationships, disciplined dashboards, and timely back-office support. A BA/BS or equivalent experience, plus 3–5 years in related roles, helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Inside Sales team
• Establish team and individual goals, and hold individuals accountable for meeting expectations
• Manage and maintain customer relationships, order processing and order management for current customer base.
• Listen to, champion and support the Inside Sales teams to be effective on the phone and drive results for the company.
• Tactical reviews conducted through the Disciplined Sales Process (DSP) Dashboards
• A/R Dispute resolution with credit for disputed invoices
• Transactional Sales Management
• Vacation, Sick and timecard review.
• Daily Order Reviews to prevent mistakes.
• Inside Sales Meeting, Trainings and Tailgates
• Build sense of teamwork and pride; guide team in prioritizing tasks and projects
• Provide development opportunities for team members to expand their professional knowledge and capabilities
• Perform cadenced reviews on each Inside Sales Representative
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
