Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide white-glove IT support for C-suite executives and executive assistants.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, executive presence, macOS expertise, and enterprise Microsoft technologies. The candidate will proactively resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to executive productivity, manage conferencing room systems, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to C-suite executives and executive assistants.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
• Manage executive conference rooms, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, and AV technologies.
• Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and device deployments.
• Manage executive asset lifecycle, inventory, and refresh programs.
• Troubleshoot VPN, networking, printers, and remote access issues.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Support executive meetings and provide onsite technical assistance.
• Participate in occasional travel and on-call support.
