Job summary

C4 Advanced Tactical Systems, LLC (CATS) in Orlando, FL seeks an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, CFO, COO, BD Director and HR Director to provide high-level admin, strategic and operational support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, discreet, and capable of multitasking while partnering with leadership.

Responsibilities include calendar management, board coordination, travel, reports, and liaison with internal/external stakeholders to uphold

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-5 years' experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar.
• Support travels, visits, branding, and LinkedIn/C4ATS websites.
• Prepare agendas, executive presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee executive expense reporting, invoicing, and payroll deductions coordination.
• Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
