Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Deployment Strategist to bridge a multi‑million dollar business problem with Databricks' solution. You will own the non‑technical lifecycle of an FDE engagement, work with Account Executives to build C‑suite trust, and scope the value.

You will craft the Minimum Viable Product, write the PRD guiding engineering, manage the project to landing, and collaborate with our engineers to deliver a production‑ready outcome.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and strong communication with C-suite.
• Product thinking and systems thinking for problem solving.
• Delivery mindset with execution focus and willingness to do the unglamorous work.
• 2+ years in deployment strategy or startup roles.
• Experience with value-based scoping and Agile software projects.

Responsibilities

• C‑Suite scoping and value definition with Sales engagement.
• Own PRD and backlog management; define MVP and success criteria.
• Lead Agile delivery and stakeholder communications from C‑suite to engineers.
• Manage Day 0 launch and drive adoption through feedback.
• Plan ongoing maintenance and develop customer documentation.
