Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Deployment Strategist, FDE - Digital Native Business in San Francisco to join the founding team. You will be the product manager for customer problems, partnering with FDEs to shape the approach from discovery to production.

You will write PRDs, own the MVP and success criteria, lead executive-facing discovery, and drive end-to-end delivery and adoption. Expect close collaboration with Sales, executives, and engineers to map value and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements.
• Ability to define what to build and why, write strong product requirements, and lead complex agile projects.
• Experience delivering data, ML, or generative AI systems into production and driving adoption."

Responsibilities

• Author the PRD and own the MVP for a pilot.
• Manage the engineering backlog and product requirements for data, integration, security, and operations.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and risk identification.
• Own the Day 0 launch, deployment, and adoption, including ongoing improvements.
