Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a busy environment
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a customer-friendly environment
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and ensure perishables are within dates
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and proper training
• Train employees and verify certifications current as required
• Handle money, POS, and store equipment to minimize errors
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports and fuel survey
• Cover open shifts and support district staffing needs
