Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer-friendly environment.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guideline set by management.
• Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, all perishables are within selling dates, and the selling floor is stocked with signage.
• Ensure employees are in compliance with all policies and procedures and properly trained.
• Process money handling in accordance with company procedures and operate POS and store equipment to minimize errors.
