Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a customer-friendly environment and high operational standards.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and ensure perishables are within selling dates and properly signed.
• Train employees and ensure required certifications are current.
• Manage money handling and operate POS and store equipment to minimize errors.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports and complete the daily fuel survey.
• Cover open shifts, travel to other district locations as needed, and be on-call for coverage.
