Empower Mental Health seeks a licensed Audiologist for a flexible, evaluation-focused role performing VA-compliant C&P assessments. You will review records, collect focused histories, administer audiometric testing, and complete documentation. This is a non-treatment position with no ongoing patient care or billing.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted Audiologist license, has access to VA-required testing tools, and excels in precise, objective reporting according to VA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Audiologist license.
• Must have access to a calibrated audiometer capable of performing VA-required hearing evaluations.
• Must have access to a diagnostic tympanometer for tympanometry and acoustic reflex testing.
• Master's Degree or higher in relevant field.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation protocols.
• Comfortable objective, fact-based evaluations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct C&P audiology evaluations for Veterans.
• Perform structured hearing loss and tinnitus-related evaluations per VA guidelines.
• Review relevant medical records and examination information.
• Obtain focused history through objective interviews.
• Perform audiometric testing and document results per VA formats.
• Prepare reports in VA-required formats.
• Maintain objectivity between evaluation and treatment.
• Ensure timely submission of examination documentation.
