Job summary

Empower Mental Health is seeking a licensed Audiologist for a flexible C&P evaluation role focused on Veteran assessments. The position involves conducting structured audiology evaluations, reviewing records, obtaining history, performing testing, and completing VA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Audiologist license.
• Master's Degree or higher in audiology or related field.
• Experience conducting VA/C&P or forensic evaluations is a plus.
• Ability to follow VA requirements and use calibrated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&P audiology evaluations for Veterans.
• Perform hearing loss and tinnitus evaluations per VA guidelines.
• Review medical records and obtain focused history.
• Perform audiometric testing and document findings.
• Prepare VA-format reports and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain boundaries between evaluation and treatment.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements.
