You will generate opportunities, convert leads, and guide clients through the homebuying process with the support of a full team and technology platform.

We invest upfront in technology, marketing staff, and operations, enabling you to focus on revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico real estate license.
• Strong communication, client consultation and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to consistent prospecting, lead follow-up and new business development.
• Ability to use CRM technology and adopt AI-assisted business tools.
• Commitment to SWL's Tier 1 production expectations, including 10 new real estate opportunity conversations per workday.
• Ability to accommodate buyer consultations, property showings and transaction deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a professional support team.
• Willingness to maintain required professional licensing, memberships and business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new buyer opportunities consistently.
• Convert opportunities into appointments and signed clients.
• Guide buyers through the homebuying process.
• Develop and execute a measurable business plan.
• Manage your pipeline in Brivity CRM.
• Participate in coaching and accountability.
