Job summary

You will engage in intensive training, weekly lead generation, and daily coaching, while closing buyers and sellers with support from an in-house admin team. Expect growth and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Mexico real estate license required.
• Collaborative team member with strong communication.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Open to coaching and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Agent Launch program and 90-day training.
• Implement weekly real estate lead generation systems.
• Secure buyers and sellers; negotiate offers.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead gen and appointments.
• Host a minimum of four open houses per month.
• Participate in team lead generation events and activities.
• Engage in weekly coaching, training, and partner calls.
• Minimize administrative tasks with full-time admin support.
