This full-time, independent contractor role includes access to technology, lead generation and operations support without upfront costs.

Led by a 20-year real estate veteran, we provide coaching, accountability and scalable resources to grow a productive business with fewer hurdles.

Competenze

• Active New Mexico real estate license.
• Recent residential real estate sales production and a desire to increase annual transaction volume.
• Strong communication, client consultation and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to consistent prospecting, lead follow-up and new business development.
• Willingness to follow a measurable business plan and participate in coaching and accountability.
• Ability to use CRM technology and adopt AI-assisted business tools.
• Commitment to SWL's Tier 1 production expectations, including 10 new real estate opportunity conversations per workday.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a professional support team.
• Willingness to maintain required professional licensing, memberships and business insurance.

Mansioni

• Generate new business consistently. Build relationships, prospect, follow up and develop referrals to maintain a healthy pipeline of future clients and transactions.
• Convert opportunities into appointments and clients. Respond to inquiries, conduct meaningful real estate conversations and use proven consultation skills to turn opportunities into signed business.
• Represent buyers and sellers professionally. Guide clients through property searches, listing consultations, pricing decisions, offers, negotiations and closing.
• Develop and execute a business plan. Work with SWL leadership to establish measurable production goals and focus on the activities most likely to achieve them.
• Manage your pipeline in Brivity CRM. Maintain accurate client records, follow-up tasks and transaction opportunities so potential business doesn't fall through the cracks.
• Participate in coaching and accountability. Attend required team activities, practice sales skills, review performance and implement feedback to improve conversion and production.
• Collaborate with SWL's support teams. Work with marketing, transaction coordination and operations staff to deliver excellent client service while protecting time for revenue-generating activities.
• Build lasting client relationships. Deliver responsive, knowledgeable service and maintain meaningful follow-up to generate repeat business and referrals.
