Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability for a 5-day work week including mornings and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience for internal and external buyers via multiple channels in a contact center environment.
• Assist with buyer inquiries, buyer registration, transaction processing, account access and updates.
• Resolve buyer issues and concerns promptly and follow up on cases in the Buyer relationship management system.
