IAA Holdings, LLC is seeking a Buyer Care Specialist to support buyers across our service centers. You will handle inquiries, registrations, and transaction processing in a fast-paced contact center environment, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

In this role you will follow up on buyer cases using our CRM, assist with language support when needed, and work within state licensing requirements to ensure smooth buyer registration and account setup.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service Experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support for all customers, external and internal.
• Register prospective buyers and verify documents meet requirements and laws.
• Set up online accounts to allow buyers to participate in online bidding.
• Review accounts at branches for accuracy and compliance.
• Answer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with a goal of one contact resolution.
• Serve as liaison between customers and branches.
• Translate for branches and dispatch centers when needed.
• Understand procedures and licensing laws for buyer registration.
• Develop knowledge of ASAP to review buyer accounts and stock files.
• Navigate the IAA Website and educate customers on bidding tools.
