IAA Holdings, LLC, a RB Global company, seeks a Buyer Care Specialist to deliver excellent support to buyers through multiple channels. You will register buyers, verify documents, and guide them through online bidding while maintaining accurate records and fast resolutions.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish and familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a flexible schedule and a Monday–Saturday operation window.”

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Automotive, insurance and/or rental car industry experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support for external and internal customers.
• Register prospective buyers and verify documents for compliance.
• Assist buyers to participate in online bidding and set up accounts.
• Communicate with branches to resolve inquiries and ensure accuracy.
