Job summary

Organic Valley is seeking a Production Float for the Chaseburg Creamery in Chaseburg, WI. The role covers HTST, intake, buttermaking, and packaging, with on-call shifts and safety-sensitive duties. You must reliably respond to calls and work holidays, weekends, and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain state permits to operate HTST pasteurizer is required.
• Knowledge of buttermaking and grading with ability to obtain and maintain a buttermaker license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HTST pasteurization, intake, and butter production.
• Perform sanitation duties and operate packaging equipment as assigned.
• Record and report production data, samples, and inventories.
• Maintain safety and quality practices in a 365-day operation.
