Organic Valley's Chaseburg Creamery seeks a Production Float to support HTST, intake, buttermaking, and sanitation. This on-site, on-call role requires 12-hour nights and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTST pasteurization and butter production processes.
• Ability to obtain state permits and licenses as required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist production in HTST, intake, and butter production areas.
• Operate pasteurizers and packaging equipment while maintaining records.
• Perform daily sanitation duties and sample testing for quality checks.
