Organic Valley is seeking an Associate CALF Team Member for the Cashton, WI facility. This onsite role handles cheese product conversion, weighing, sealing, labeling, boxing, and sanitation, with 11 PM–7 AM shifts Sun through Thurs.

Safety is a priority and the role is hourly, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus. You will follow GMPs, SOPs, and quality standards, operate equipment, document information, and assist with general plant cleaning.

Formación

• Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Clear communication and effective problem-solving in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to safely handle sanitation chemicals and operate cleaning procedures.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document information accurately.
• Experience with basic computer systems is appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Follow GMPs and Food Safety Regulations to ensure quality.
• Maintain and apply quality standards for customers.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions for product conversion.
• Operate equipment with attention to detail and document necessary information.
• Pack products, palletize, and ensure proper labeling and boxing.
• Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment; assist with setup where trained.
