Job summary

Organic Valley is seeking a Quality Assurance Field Technician for our Chaseburg, WI facility. This onsite role supports food safety programs, performs routine testing and documentation, and works with Operations, QA, and Laboratory teams to ensure product integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes HACCP/HARPC, GMP adherence, and accurate data recording, with a 2nd shift schedule and weekend rotation. Competitive hourly pay with premiums and a 3% annual incentive bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred.
• 0-3 years of quality assurance, food safety, or laboratory operations experience is a plus.
• Experience in laboratory or food safety environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Food safety, quality & compliance support: follow HACCP/HARPC, PRPs, Food Defense, traceability; record results; ensure SOP compliance.
• Process verification, production support & product control: verify labeling, coding, packaging; ensure GMP/traceability; document deviations.
