Job summary

Westby Cooperative Creamery is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly processing and packaging teams, ensuring safe, high-quality foods. You will balance workloads, coach staff, and enforce SOPs while aligning with quality and efficiency goals.

The role requires 3-4 twelve-hour shifts (5 pm–5 am) with every-other-weekend work; a strong background in GMP/HAACP and staffing is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supervisory Management or related field; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Cheese Maker license and Pasteurization certification are preferred.
• Safety, quality, and productivity focus; OSHA/HAACP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards by following SOPs, SSOPs, and GMPs.
• Plan and coordinate production to ensure efficient operations and problem-solving.
• Maintain production documentation, including charts, make sheets, and sanitation logs.
