Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong organizational skills for managing independent operations and lead pipelines.
• Ability to interpret complex insurance regulations and policy details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with business owners and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local market growth strategies within the Butler area.
• Identify and engage prospective clients, providing them with comprehensive coverage solutions.
• Mentor and guide a small team of agents to ensure professional development and consistent performance.
• Maintain an active presence in the local community to represent our values and expand our network.
• Review existing policy portfolios to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Manage administrative duties and reporting to ensure compliance with company standards.
