Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow Implementation
Austin, TX • Contract role
MANDATORY: ServiceNow Implementation experience
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering teams across functions to drive the design, development, and recommendation of systems and work processes that help employees work faster and more efficiently.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements to come up with robust solutions to vague problems.
- Synthesize and document the business strategy and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of applications and systems by integrating feedback from cross-functional teammates.
- Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications and contribute to building solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure for the size and scope of the company.
- Identify priorities and the roadmap for meaningful improvements in business analysis and cross-function execution.
- Collaborate with internal business teams and/or third-party vendor teams to contribute to the overall vision, system requirements, and delivery roadmap.
- Take ownership over every part of a project as a subject matter expert, track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage expectations with teams and clients, and maintain the big picture.
- Manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications through go-live.

Qualifications
- Proven ServiceNow implementation experience (mandatory).
- Strong ability to shadow clients, understand business needs, identify pain points, and recommend solutions based on business analysis.
- Subject matter expert in relevant business domains, industry knowledge, and proficiency with data modeling, integration patterns, systems design, and technology stack choices.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience with project management, risk mitigation, and go-live planning.
- Customer focus and engagement; relationship building; data analysis and synthesis; solution design and strategy.

Austin, TX – Contract
Base pay range: $90.00/hr - $95.00/hr
