Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience focusing on requirements gathering and process improvement.

• Active ServiceNow CSA certification.
• CBAP/PMI-PBA or equivalent business analysis certifications.
• ServiceNow CIS certification and agile certifications (e.g., CSM/ICAgile).

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
• Lead requirements sessions, UAT, and validation activities.
• Create BRDs and FRDs, plus process documentation.
• Support project teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and analyze data for decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Lead change management and provide training on process improvements.
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and maintain stakeholder relationships.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position.

SALARY: $110,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, focusing on requirements gathering and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Business analysis certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements via stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation for process improvement
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, user acceptance testing, and validation activities
• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and process documentation
• Support project teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements
• Perform data analysis and create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
• Lead change management initiatives and provide training on process improvements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
