Candidate Qualifications

Required:

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in ServiceNow, either in a consulting capacity or within the industry.
• At least three years of experience working on large‑scale technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Successful completion of at least two end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementation cycles.
• This position may require travel up to 50%, depending on client needs and project locations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• ServiceNow certifications in one or more specialized areas are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with web technologies such as XML and database languages like SQL.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
• Hands‑on experience with any of the following ServiceNow modules: Customer Service Management (CSM), Creator Workflows, IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), or Source‑to‑Pay (S2P).
• Familiarity with modern ServiceNow features like GBS on NOW, NOW Assist, and Creator Workflow is a plus.
