Progress Residential seeks a Business Solutions Architect to align business goals with scalable technology across property management, maintenance operations, finance systems, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with leaders to ensure IT systems and data platforms support enterprise growth and efficiency.

The role requires strong business process understanding, 7+ years in leadership, and experience with enterprise systems like Yardi, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, change management or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience aligning business process with enterprise systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, Workday, or financial ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of property management, real estate operations, and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to assess objectives and translate them into scalable, integrated technology solutions.
• Design and maintain enterprise-level architecture supporting ERP, CRM, data analytics and related systems.
• Ensure processes and workflows align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technology capability requirements to enhance efficiency and data consistency.
• Develop and maintain data flow maps and solution blueprints aligned with IT governance and security standards.
• Lead design sessions with development, infrastructure and operations teams for architectural solutions.
• Support data strategy with analytics, BI, and operational reporting designs.
• Identify and drive process improvements via automation and cloud technologies (Azure).
• Drive change management to maximise user adoption.
• Act as trusted advisor balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
