Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support infrastructure projects across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP, and Service Center teams. You will elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements with stakeholders, and analyze current processes and systems to design robust technical solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment with at least two days

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in infrastructure projects.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing current business processes and systems.
• Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements.
• Experience testing and implementing technology solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid with at least 2 days onsite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects
• Experience supporting Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center projects
• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders
• Experience analyzing current business processes and systems
• Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements
• Experience testing and implementing technology solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identification of issues, obstacles, and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
• Ability to work hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite
