Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience supporting Infrastructure projects in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of BA/BS experience and strong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder communication, and delivering technical specifications. Preferred experience includes Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP, and Service Center domains, plus proficiency in the M365 Productivity Suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects
• Experience supporting projects involving Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center teams
• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders
• Experience analyzing current business processes and systems
• Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements
• Experience testing and implementing technology solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to analyze business needs and opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery
• Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions
• Assist with deployment activities and post-implementation support
• Maintain and track multiple active projects, ensuring priorities are met
