Job summary

IO Datasphere is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days onsite weekly.

You will elicit and analyze business needs, document requirements, and assist with testing, training, and deployment of technology solutions across multiple IT domains.

Qualifications

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of project stakeholders.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working on Infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services (Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, Service Center).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems.
• Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
• Data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users.
• Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
