Job summary

Innovee Consulting LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Infrastructure Services across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, and Service Center teams in Pontiac, MI. This is a hybrid role with minimum two days on site, for a long-term engagement.

You will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs, document requirements, design solutions, test and implement technology, and create procedures to improve current systems.

Qualifications

• Experience using the M365 productivity suite to support collaboration and productivity
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several active projects
• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills: identify issues, obstacles and opportunities, implement solutions

Role: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Pontiac, Oakland County, MI (Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite)

Job Description

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems.
• Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
• Duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
